Requirement
• Must be fluent Chinese and English communication and writing
• Must be able to work abroad
• Familiar with the basic operation of the computer, familiar with the use of a variety of online chat tools, typing speed
• Communicative, cheerful, open-minded, serious, and good at communication
• Have priority in playing games, certain online operations and promotion experience is preferred
Responsibilities
1.Familiar with the game rules of game play, understand the real-time activities of game management, regularly summarize and optimize FAQ, have a cool professional customer service quality, be good at text communication to maintain players, understand the needs of players, and regularly summarize the product optimization needs have been optimized.
2.Familiar with the marketing communication of social software such as WeChat, QQ, line, etc., and use it for player development and relationship maintenance.
3. Explore various online platforms, find target players, and promote players to download and use the platform. Precipitating players, guiding the stimulation of player spending and developing game agents.
4. Cooperate with the game BUG test and agree to submit to the relevant technical department to assist the technology to solve various problems in the game.
Income: RM4,200 (Basic) + Commission **Can up to RM7,000

- 沟通能力强,性格开朗,心胸开阔,做事认真,善于交流
- 有玩游戏的优先,有一定线上运营及推广经验优先
职责
1. 熟悉掌握游戏玩法游戏规则,了解游戏经营实时活动,定期总结优化FAQ,具有冷静专业的客服素质,擅长文字沟通维护玩家,了解玩家需求,并定期总结产品优化需求已经运营优化方案。
2. 熟悉微信,QQ,line等社交软件的营销沟通,并用其进行玩家拓展及关系维护。
3. 挖掘各类线上平台,寻找目标玩家,促进玩家对平台下载使用。沉淀玩家,引导刺激玩家消费,发展游戏代理。
4. 配合做游戏BUG测试及同意汇总提交给相关技术部门,协助技术解决游戏里出现的各种问题。
收入:RM4,200(基本)+佣金 **可以高达RM7,000
福利:提供住宿/膳食,回国休假享有的路费补贴等
