Working Requirement
1.    Recruitment background of the candidates who have operated in Entertainment Group and/or Game Company is preferred
2.      Must be fluent in Mandarin and English communication and writing
3.      Must be able to travel/work abroad
4.    Must possess at least Diploma or above, professional certification, personnel recruitment and headhunting experience is preferred
5.      Aggressive, eager for high income and a sense of accomplishment
6.  Candidate must be able to withstand the setbacks of failure, strong ability to withstand pressure, optimism, self-confidence, unyielding
7.      Quick thinking, good at constantly sum up and improve their working methods
8.  Correct attitude, able to comply with the corporate governance system, obey the task  arrangement
9.    Strong sense of responsibility, noble professional ethics, strong sense of collective honor and teamwork.

Responsibilities
1.     Responsible for the middle and high-end talents of Chinese and Foreign famous enterprises in the financial industry, real estate industry, entertainment industry and game development industry.
2.      Understand customer needs, analyze job descriptions
3.      Search, communicate, select, evaluate and recommend suitable candidates
4.     Coordinate the communication between the client and the candidate to help the candidate successfully enter the job
5.      Maintain close contact and communication with clients and candidates to enable successful candidates to pass the probationary period
6.      Constantly accumulate their own network of middle and senior talents
7.      Complete the company's business plans and indicators within the specified timeframe

1.       有操作过娱乐集团、游戏公司岗位人选的招聘背景优先考虑;
2.       必须具备流利的中文和英文
3.       必须能够出国/在国外工作\
4.       专科以上学历,专业不限,有人事招聘和猎头从业经验者优先;

7.       头脑灵活,善于不断总结、改进自己的工作方法;
8.       态度端正,能够遵守公司管理制度、服从任务安排;

职责
1.       负责金融行业、地产行业、娱乐产业和游戏开发行业等相关行业中外名企的中、高端人才猎聘;
2.       理解客户需求、分析职位描述;
3.       寻访、沟通、甄选、评估并推荐合适的候选人;
4.       协调客户与候选人之间的沟通,帮助候选人成功入职;
5.       与客户和候选人保持密切联系和沟通,使入职的候选人成功渡过试用期;
6.       不断积累自己的中、高级人才人脉圈;
7.       在规定的时间内完成公司制定的业务计划和指标。
