Location: Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
Salary: USD3,000 - USD5,000 + bonus at every year end.

Job Requirement
·         Must be able work full time overseas. 
·         Must be fluent in Mandarin and English communication and writing. 
·         Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Secretarial or equivalent. 
·         At least 2 years of relevant working experience. 

·         Working experience in hotel/casino is preferred.  

Job Description
·         Prepare and submit reports and documents issued by the board of directors and shareholders' general meeting as required by relevant state departments
·         Prepare the board of directors and shareholders meeting, and be responsible for the minutes and documents of the meeting, keep and draft the minutes and documents of the board meeting
·         Responsible for the company's information disclosure affairs and ensure that the information disclosed is even, accurate, legal, truthful and complete
·         Ensure that those who have the right to the relevant records and documents of the company receive the relevant documents and records in a timely manner
·         Make the company's directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel clarify their responsibilities and abide by relevant national laws, regulations, rules, policies, and articles of association
·         Assist the board of directors in exercising their powers. When the board of directors decides to violate laws, regulations, articles of association and other relevant provisions, shall promptly raise objections
·         Provide advice and suggestions for major company decisions

·         Handling related matters between the company and the administration department and investors.

职位描述
·       准备和递交国家有关部门要求的董事会和股东大会出具的报告和文件;
·        筹备董事会和股东大会,并负责会议记录和会议文件,记录保管并起草董事会的会议纪要、文件。
·        负责公司信息披露事务,保证信息披露的即使、准确、合法、真实和完整;
·        保证有权得到公司有关记录和文件的人及时得到有关文件和记录;
·        使公司董事、监事、高级管理人员明确他们应当担负的责任,遵守国家有关法律、法规、规章、政策、公司章程等有关规定;
·       协助董事会行使职权。在董事会决议违反法律、法规、公司章程等有关规定时,应及时提出异议;
·        为公司重大决策提供咨询和建议;
·        处理公司与征管部门及投资人之间的有关事。
